How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours. Bug reports are prioritised and often addressed the same day.

Can I request a feature?

Absolutely. Many of Zibyl’s features started as user requests. Send your idea to hello@zibyl.app and we’ll consider it for the roadmap.

Is there a community?

Not yet, but we’re considering it. For now, the best way to connect is via email.
